This policy explains what information Lina Matrimonial collects and how it is used. By using the service you agree to it.
What we collect
Account details (email, mobile number, password in encrypted form), the biodata you provide, photos you upload, interests, messages and payment records.
Who can see what
Approved biodata is visible only to logged-in members of the opposite gender. Full names are shown only to families who are connected. Photos are visible to logged-in members only. Guardian contact numbers are shown only after an interest is accepted, to members with an active membership.
Our staff may view profiles, photos and reported conversations to review and keep the service safe.
Payments
Payments are processed by SSLCommerz. We do not receive or store your card or mobile wallet PIN.
Your choices
You can edit your biodata, delete photos or deactivate your account at any time from Settings. To permanently delete your data, contact us.
